As the Founder and President of M2I, which is an international transition management and business development firm headquartered in Paris, Jean-Jacques Monge’s main priority is a constant search for its clients satisfaction. Monge maintains very close communications with all stakeholders in order to deliver ambitious and long-lasting results. M2I has ten years of proven success and continued growth, which have generated opportunities for new business development and market expansion. Monge’s goal is to make M2I a highly recognized transatlantic resource for U.S. investors who want to pursue successful business opportunities in the European market.
M2I became involved with the EACC when Daniel Triot of DHT Consulting, M2I’s North American partner, introduced Monge to Anne Cappel. Through engagement in the EACC’s network, M2I is able to easily make connections both with companies in the Cincinnati area that are looking to expand into Europe and companies in Europe that are interested in making Cincinnati the hub for their North American development.

“The EACC is well recognized on both sides of the Atlantic for being very effective in providing true value-added services to their members,” said Monge. “The organization will give M2I access to a very diverse portfolio of businesses and the 2013 Paris Air Show was certainly a clear demonstration of this invaluable partnership.”

With experience in the aerospace and industrial goods verticals, M2I believes that Cincinnati is a well-positioned area for future partnerships. The EACC will be a strategic catalyst to serve companies who have decided to pursue competitive transatlantic relationships. M2I and DHT Consulting’s active presence in both Europe and North America will be a key-contributing factor to their expansion into other industries.

  • M2I was founded in 2002
  • In 2004, M2I secured a contract with their first U.S. client that made their first major European acquisition a year later
  • In 2013, this client is recognized as the market leader in its field in France and DHT Consulting becomes M2I’s North American representative
